Our Environmental Commitments

We believe infrastructure development and environmental responsibility are not in conflict. Our facility is designed from the ground up to minimize its footprint and operate cleanly for decades.

Renewable Energy

We are committed to sourcing renewable energy for our operations. Our power purchase agreements prioritize solar and wind generation available in the Baxter County region.

Energy Efficiency

Our facility is designed for a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) rating below 1.3 — among the most efficient in the industry. Less wasted energy means less environmental impact.

Land & Habitat

Our site selection and design process included a full environmental impact assessment. We are committed to habitat preservation and responsible land use beyond our facility footprint.

Noise & Light

Acoustic barriers, building setbacks, and exterior lighting controls are built into our facility design to meet or exceed local ordinances and minimize impact on surrounding properties.

Emissions

Our backup generation systems use Tier 4 final diesel generators — the cleanest available technology — and are operated only during testing and emergencies, not routine operations.

Stormwater

A comprehensive stormwater management plan prevents runoff from construction and operations from impacting local waterways, in compliance with Arkansas stormwater regulations.
